Wineberry Poppyseed Vinaigrette

1/2 cup Wineberries

1/2 cup Olive Oil

2 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar

1 tsp Lemon Juice

1 Tbsp Raw Honey

1 Tbsp Poppy seeds

Makes 4 servings per above recipe. You will want to use it within 48 hours so small batch is best.

Balsamic Vinegar can be used instead of Red Wine Vinegar if you prefer a bolder taste.

Mix all ingredients except the Poppyseeds in food processor.

I recommend straining the mixer as Wineberries are loaded with tiny seeds.

Add Poppyseeds to strained dressing and chill prior to serving.
