“I have an abundance of cherry tomatoes (sweet 100’s are my family’s favorite) and they are perfect for bruschetta!

Cut the tomatoes in half or thirds and add to shredded Parmesan, balsamic vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, chopped up fresh basil, salt and pepper. I don’t really measure but the ingredients can be added in amounts to your liking.”
