Too many cukes? Don’t waste them! Make Vinegar and Sea Salt Cucumber chips!
Measurements of ingredients depend on the amount of cukes you have.
Simply slice up a batch of cucumbers and let them soak in a brine of vinegar and sea salt for about an hour.
Shake them off and dehydrate at 135 degrees for 12-24 hours or until crispy.
Store in a baggie or in jars.
